We are looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to join our global team. Reporting to the Sr. AMER Deal Desk Manager, the Deal desk Analyst will support Desk operations by reviewing quotes in Salesforce, ensuring compliance with approval criteria, creating Marketplace offers, providing CPQ guidance, and identifying process improvements. Collaboration with Sales, RevOps, legal and Finance is essential
What You Will Do:
- Become a Deal Desk Subject Matter Expert by thoroughly understanding the deal-flow process and policies.
- Build robust partnerships with all cross functional teams such as Sales, Finance, Legal, SalesOps, and RevOps.
- Facilitate Non-Standard deals by working with your cross functional teams and identifying solutions that align to internal policies and GTM strategy.
- Create Marketplace Private Offers for AWS, GCP and Azure
Ensure that all deals are booked in alignment with our booking process and policies - Collaborate with Finance / RevOps on the reconciliation process for the close of each month and quarter.
- Continuously identify improvement areas and solutions that impact the Deal Desk process.
- Assist/lead Deal Desk projects.
What You Will Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing or equivalent sales supporting function.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ required.
- Marketplace experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in understanding overall construction of SaaS deals; able to advise on booking and revenue recognition ramifications based on deal construct.
- Strong problem-solving mentality, with an ability to independently navigate internal resources and proactively manage internal blockers for approval and booking of non-standard deals.
- Successful track record of operating in a high-growth business, with a demonstrated ability to drive results independently.
- Excellent commercial reasoning skills, balancing an acute attention to detail with the ability to recognize the bigger picture.
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong time management skills.
- Highly responsive; Flexibility to support month and quarter end.
- Ability to understand timelines to meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to influence Sales and build indestructible partnerships with cross functional teams.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Experience with consumption/on-demand pricing
- Basic understanding of ACV, TCV, REN and ARR

This position has an annual estimated salary of $102,600 - $120,600, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
