- Onboarding & offboarding for Confluent employees & contractors.
- Documenting Knowledge Base articles for employee self-service.
- Managing laptop setup and deployment for new employees with standard hardware, images, and software.
- Installing new hardware and software upgrades requested from users.
- Monitoring and responding quickly and effectively to end-user requests or incidents.
- Analyzing and solving technical problems by using problem-solving skills via telephone, email, and using remote assistance.
- Providing technical support for audio/visual and event support.
- Diagnosis and resolution of computer hardware, software, and network issues.
- Asset Management & purchasing for hardware, software, and SaaS applications.
- 0 to 2 years of experience including internship with a technology company.
- BSc/BCA degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems and broad knowledge of productivity tools.
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical ability across a wide range of hardware, software, and mobile platforms.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Scripting experience.
- Database experience.
- Willing to learn and adapt quickly.
- Handling multiple tasks.
