About the Role:
We are a team of passionate engineers who love solving complex distributed systems and infrastructure problems. Real-time infrastructure is the future and we are creating a new category for it - ‘Data in Motion’. You could work on the following teams in our Engineering org:
- Kafka
- Cloud Manageability
- Flink
- Stream Process and Analytics Platform
- Trust & Security & Reliability
- Experiences & Interfaces
- Developer Infrastructure Productivity
- Connect & CP Fundamentals
What You Are:
- Smart, humble, and empathetic
- Have a strong sense of teamwork and put the team’s and company’s interests first
- Driven and excited about the challenges of a fast-paced, innovative software startup environment
What You Will Bring:
- Graduating from a Bachelor’s, Master's or PhD program in Computer Science, or a related technical field between December 2023 through December 2024
- Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms and proficiency in at least one of these languages: Java, C, C++, Python, Go
- Self-motivated and able to drive projects with mentorship and project requirements
- Smart, humble, and empathetic and able to work effectively in teams and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ready to make an IMPACT -- Driven and excited about the challenges of a fast-paced, innovative, and quickly growing software development environment
- Interested in building large-scale distributed systems
