What You Will Do: 

  • Lead implementation of new integrations through the entire development lifecycle, including scoping, designing, configuring, testing, deployment, and maintenance, using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors and other integration tools
  • Own ongoing maintenance and enhancements to active inbound/outbound integrations between Workday HCM and external/internal systems
  • Troubleshoot tier 2+ functional and technical integration issues, coordinating with Workday Support as needed, and provide timely resolution
  • Develop and enhance custom layouts/statements using BIRT, helping with the ongoing transition to Workday Docs as needed
  • Collaborate with functional leads to build advanced custom reports and calculated fields needed to support integrations
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support the design and ongoing maintenance of integrations
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Workday integrations technologies and other available toolset
  • Identify integrations impact and enhancement opportunities associated with Workday release to inform short/long-term roadmap design and backlog management

  

What You Will Bring: 

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Workday IT SOX controls (User Access Review, Access Provisioning, Change Management, Scoping, Segregation of Duties Analysis, etc.) 

  • 6+ years of related experience in HRIS/compliance/audit field  

  • Strong understanding of Workday security framework 

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Nice to have: 
  • Workday Integration Certifications
  • Experience with JIRA, Google Suite, OKTA, Workato, Slack, BigQuery
  • Global payroll integration implementation experience
