About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Sales FP&A team. In this role you will partner with the sales organization to help drive strategic decision-making, provide financial insight, and build operational rigor and efficiency. You will support the Sales financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, providing recommendations to your business partners within these functional areas. You will also be responsible for key financial deliverables and ad hoc analyses. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, aspires to bring structure to the unstructured, and enjoys collaborating with others in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.This role will report to the Finance Director APAC

What You Will Do:

  • Support the global sales finance team across the the regions.
  • Ensure timely, accurate and insightful reporting processes to facilitate effective oversight and decision-making.
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis on variances from expectations and communicate key risks, opportunities, and business drivers
  • Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale reporting tools, processes, and methodologies
  • Participate in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review materials
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decision making

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting, math, engineering, computer science or other quantitative fields
  • Prior FP&A experience, preferably at a technology company and / or supporting Sales teams
  • High aptitude for financial modeling, analysis, and problem-solving
  • Advanced Excel / Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides skills; experience with Google Workspace a plus
  • Experience with or willingness to master financial and reporting systems; experience with Anaplan, NetSuite, and Tableau a plus
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to distill complex information from a technical level to an executive presentation level
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and completeness while operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience developing and improving processes and managing change within an organization
