What You Will Do: 

• SOX Compliance: Play a critical role in ensuring company compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, including assessing the design and operating effectiveness of People team’s Workday/IT controls. Fully own the testing and execution of the following controls: User Access Review, Access Provisioning, Change Management, Quarterly Scoping, Segregation of Duties Analysis, etc.)
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including internal audit, IT, Payroll, People Operations, and external auditors, to streamline IT controls, enhance controls execution, and improve compliance measures.
• Risk Identification: Identify potential Workday configuration risks and vulnerabilities in context of financial reporting and SOX compliance, and implement controls and measures to mitigate these risks.
• General Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, access to IT systems, and support to auditors.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with SOX regulations, IT security best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance IT controls and compliance measures. 

What You Will Bring: 

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Workday IT SOX controls (User Access Review, Access Provisioning, Change Management, Scoping, Segregation of Duties Analysis, etc.) 
• 6+ years of related experience in HRIS/compliance/audit field  
• Strong understanding of Workday security framework 
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Experience with JIRA, AuditBoard, Sailpoint
• Implementation experience in one of the following Workday areas: Workday HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Security
