Description
Confidential Property Management Company is hiring an experienced, full-time Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in the Thousand Oaks area.
The pay is $19 to $21 per hour based on experience. The position is Monday through Friday and includes shared emergency on-call rotations.
Conduct all community maintenance work and service requests.
Must have at least one year of maintenance technician experience.
CPO preferred.
High School education or equivalent required.
