Confidential Property Management Company is hiring an experienced, full-time Property Manager to join our growing team. This position pays between $80,000 and $90,000, DOE. 

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

-          Maintain high occupancy 

-          Prepare reports

-          Manage annual operating budgets

-          Provide excellent customer service 

-          Complete market surveys & develop marketing plans

-          Vendor management 

-          Manage team meetings

 

Requirements:

-          Must be a strong leader, with excellent communication and leadership skills. 

-          Must have at least one years of experience as a Property Manager. 

-          High School education or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

-          CPM, CAM or other professional certification preferred.
