Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor Needed in San Jose
Description
Confidential Property Management Company is hiring an experienced, full-time Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team in San Jose.
Pay: $30-$35 hour based on your experience.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct all community maintenance work and service requests
- Preventative maintenance
- Prepare maintenance reports
- Maintain maintenance budget & inventory
- Provide excellent customer service
- Enforce policies of the Company

Requirements:
- Must have at least two years of maintenance supervisory experience.
- HVAC/CPO Certification preferred.
- High School education or equivalent required.
