About the Opportunity:

As the Director – Sales Operations, you are responsible for leading the planning, processes, data analytics and systems that support a scalable SaaS revenue engine.  Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to improve pipeline health, forecast accuracy, incentive performance, and overall go-to-market execution.  This role serves as a strategic advisor to Sales Leadership and the Executive Leadership Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to Sales leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Coordinate sales pipeline management & forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
  • Analyze sales funnel to help standardize KPIs, understand historical pipeline metrics, increase visibility into conversions by source and highlight improvement areas for each rep
  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization
  • Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement by understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
  • Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales and executive leadership teams
  • Drive annual sales planning process and own the sales forecasting process and methodology; Deliver accurate, data-driven forecasts with scenario modeling
  • Own and optimize CRM and sales tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft, etc.) and lead system improvements, automation, integrations, and data governance
  • Partner with Marketing on lead flow, attribution, and ROI measurement; with Finance on revenue planning; and with Customer Success on renewals, expansions, and retention metrics
 

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in a technical or business-oriented field
  • Minimum of 7+ years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience working in sales operations at a B2B SaaS company
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM system required; experience with other sales enablement platforms an asset
  • Proficiency Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail
