Position Overview: Concordia Group is seeking a talented Construction Manager with experience in residential construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both office and field operations, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with building codes and specifications.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams, ensuring safety protocols are followed and project goals are achieved.
  • Review and approve project plans, contracts, and change orders as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the construction process.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, with a proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
  • Experience working in both office and field settings, with the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
