Responsibilities:
- Oversee residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project goals and objectives.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with building codes and specifications.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams, ensuring safety protocols are followed and project goals are achieved.
- Review and approve project plans, contracts, and change orders as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, with a proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
- Experience working in both office and field settings, with the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
