Job Description:
As a Crew Laborer at Concordia Wireless, you will be an essential part of our operations. This traveling position offers the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects across various locations. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting construction activities such as trenching, and excavating to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Perform trenching and excavating tasks to prepare job sites.
- Handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure safety protocols are always followed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
- Conduct site clean-up and restoration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
- Travel to various project sites as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on a construction crew is preferred.
- Proficiency in trenching and excavating.
- Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in various locations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
