Role Summary
Reporting to the SVP of Digital Trial Solutions (DTS), the Sales Support and Partnerships Lead is responsible for leading the Sales Support and Partnerships for DTS and Trial Optimization (TO) products and services.  They will work closely with Sales, Sponsors, Sites, Provider Partnerships, Product management to develop, win, and maintain new business and partnerships for the DTS and TO business units.   


  • Lead the DTS and TO Sales Support Team with the goal in increasing new business for both business lines
  • Direct the demonstration of DTS and TO products to prospective customers
  • Lead the pursuit and development of new Clinical Site Networks in coordination the the Provider Partnerships Team
  • Together with the Product Management Team, develop and direct technology partnerships with third party vendors to expand the DTS and TO solutions
  • Together with Customer Success, Project Management, Site Readiness, and Technical Delivery Teams, drive customer satisfaction and repeat business for DTS and TO sponsors, sites, and partners
  • Collaborate with Director Project Management DTS and product development teams to share Sponsor/Site/Trial Study specific needs, goals and develop plans to implement product enhancements


  • Bachelor’s degree education
  • 5+ year experience in working with Clinical Trial Technology solutions, with oncology specific experience
  • 2 years management experience overseeing direct reports
  • CRO and/or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • Highly proficient with MS Office, project management software
    • Effective problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify and quickly resolve issues
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and people management skills
    • Experience in analyzing and interpreting processes, costs of care, revenue, and annual budgets
    • Able to work successfully in a diverse team environment
