Summary of the Role

Reporting to the VP, RWD Products & Partnerships, the Director, Data Partnerships supports data partnership development, implementation and ongoing growth.  By engaging new data partners and cultivating and expanding existing relationships, this role plays a major role in shaping the strategy of our business. You possess exceptional relationship-building skills and will work to understand the strategic, operational, technical, legal and financial nuances with partners in order to best represent our clients and products and ensure mutual business objectives are achieved. You understand partners in-depth, including how they make decisions, and this helps you shape the success of existing and future ConcertAI partnerships.


  • Establish, manage and grow productive relationships with new and existing data partners.
  • Understand partner-specific needs, goals, perspectives and capabilities in-depth.
  • Develop plans and metrics to achieve partner’s business goals.
  • Comprehensively manage partners’ real-world data product and project opportunities.
  • Serve as a key operational partner to partner teams and internally within ConcertAI.
  • Regularly identify and communicate opportunities to grow partnerships.
  • Facilitate achievement of partner-specific financial plans.
  • Contribute to renewal of partnerships, including strategy and planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across ConcertAI and partner teams to accelerate timelines for data understanding, onboarding, integration and ongoing utilization.
  • Support achievement of ConcertAI dataset growth, including additional genomics data, international data and other strategic objectives (e.g., new therapeutic areas).
  • Stay informed about relevant industry news including competitive alliances and implications.


  • 8+ years of experience serving life sciences organizations and/or provider organizations in a business growth-focused capacity (e.g., alliance management, corporate strategy, corporate development, product management).
  • Knowledgeable about the life sciences industry and real-world data and analytics, including real-world data and analytics applications relevant to ConcertAI’s business.
  • Experienced in supporting executive teams, both internally and externally.
  • Proactive and self-driven.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
  • Wants to understand and improve things.
  • Polished and structured written and verbal communicator.
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Ph.D., MPH) preferred.
  • Oncology-specific experience preferred.
  • Committed to improving healthcare.
