Role Summary
This role is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team at ConcertAI. You will provide full cycle recruiting services to business units including sourcing, attracting, and selecting talent in collaboration with hiring managers and be a trusted partner in the hiring process. You will have a can-do attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced, challenging, and growth driven role and organization.


  • Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
  • Partner with hiring managers to establish recruiting strategies to identify top talent and target active and occasionally passive job seekers
  • Work with business unit managers, directors, and human resource to identify and understand business requirements for open positions
  • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they onboard with ConcertAI.
  • Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals
  • Utilize various recruiting sources to obtain adequate number of qualified applicants for staffing needs
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews with potential hires via email, phone, video, or in person.
  • Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates
  • Preparing and posting attractive job descriptions to online job boards or circulating them via other channels, such as LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
  • Creating and maintaining talent pools.
  • Develop and maintain external relationships that may provide referrals of candidates
  • Continually create new, innovative methods to improve the recruitment process
  • Networking with industry professionals and keeping abreast of developments in talent acquisition.
  • May work with third party recruiters and develop professional relationships for hard-to-fill positions
  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • A Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • At minimum, 3 years’ experience in full cycle recruiting role for Life Sciences, agency experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment software and ATS systems such as ADP, Jobvite, Workday etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience working with conflict resolution
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
