Role Summary

The Sr. Director, Product Marketing will develop the marketing strategy, value proposition and messaging for ConcertAI’s enterprise solutions; harness market insights and competitive intelligence to optimally position and differentiate ConcertAI’s offerings; create content and activate marketing tools aligned to persona needs across the buying journey.



Responsibilities

  • Develop the marketing strategy, positioning, value proposition, and messaging to differentiate ConcertAI’s product and solution offerings.
  • Understand the voice of the customer, need-benefits, buyer personas & journeys and translate that into impactful content and tactics across the buying cycle.
  • Create compelling thought-leadership stories to engage influencers and prospective buyers.
  • Gather, analyze and act on customer insights, market research and competitive intelligence to reposition, compete and improve customer experiences.
  • Build and activate GTM and product launch plans that define the market, size, segments, targets, routes, distribution strategy, content activation, enablement.
  • Develop early adopter programs and product collateral such as case studies and white papers.
  • Plan multichannel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and generate demand.
  • Partner with product leaders on portfolio architecture, lifecycle management and pricing.
  • Support client-facing teams with product marketing tools & tactics for enablement.

Requirements 

  • 12+ years of B2B product or brand marketing experience in life sciences & health tech (Oncology focus a plus).
  • MBA in Marketing, Advertising or related function.
  • Experience developing messages and collateral with scientific content (data science, biostatistics, HEOR) to drive engagement.
  • Passionate about actioning on market insights to deliver value and results.
  • Creative, strategic, analytical thinker with demonstrated ability to activate.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 20%, as needed.
