CP is seeking a Senior Trainer to support a large scale training delivery effort.

Responsibilities:

  • Training shall be provided to end-users, currently in the maintenance and financial fields. Training course materials will be Government- provided and Contractor shall ensure that all training supports and
    meets the learning objectives as established by the Government
  • Utilize Government-provided MRO Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) providing Over-the-Shoulder (OTS) support during training classes. The SMEs will be responsible for supporting Contractor-led training with
    operational and technical insight. Contractors expected to deliver training shall participate in specific Government-directed immersion activities to increase trainer readiness
  • Training shall be conducted in person in a lecture style facility or a computer-equipped classroom facility depending on the role of the end-user. End-users with the Maintainer (Technician) role will train in a
    lecture style facility. All other end-users will train in a standard, classroom facility equipped with computers. End-users with the Planner and Maintenance Supervisor roles will receive classroom-based training appropriate to their role as well as the Maintainer (Technician) course in a lecture facility
  • Training content will consist of materials provided by the Government to the Contractor for training delivery to end users. Training materials will include, but are not limited to, slideshow presentations, Computer Based Training (CBTs), hands-on scenarios developed for a Production level environment, student guides, and job aids. The Government will provide SMEs during training sessions to address technical questions beyond the scope of the training materials
  • There will be approximately 27 unique courses, although the number and role of each course are still in determination. The audience of these courses will consist of civilians, military, and contractors
  • Deliver appropriate training courses provided by the Government in accordance with the implementation schedule

Minimum Qualifications:

  • US Citizen with BA or BS Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in training.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills
  • Strive to have a logical, analytical, and creative approach to solving problems.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Good time management skills to plan and organize team work.
  • Fluently read, write, understand, and speak the English language.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience (Oracle preferred)
