Concept Plus is seeking a Cloud Operator to provide support USAF WSMIS operations, cybersecurity initiatives that evolve in response to user requirements, and perform sustainment activities to optimize
system performance adhering to required standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide system sustainment and system maintenance, data interface management, configuration support for code baselining, risk management, testing support, and system migration/upgrades for all WSMIS applications (SAM, REALM, PRS and EXPRESS). This involves all software/ server operations including manual, diagnostic and contingency operations for COOP (continuity of operations).
  • Perform database and server management including installations, patch upgrades, and backups to optimize WSMIS applications. Provide support on cybersecurity monitoring, auditing, configuration management
  • Successfully support data management across application interfaces, run required reports and communicate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
  • Participate in customer meetings to provide needed technical support and documentation.
  • Should have development experience with the following software (Power builder 2021 (or above), Unix, Java, Tomcat, Web sphere 7, Visual Studio, C++, ASP.Net, C#, WebLogic, IIS, HTML, Perl, MS SQL Server 2019, Oracle 19c, SQL).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with the following technologies:
    • PowerBuilder 2021 (or later versions)
    • UNIX, JAVA, Tomcat, WebSphere 7, IIS, HTML
    • Visual Studio, C++, ASP.NET, C#, WebLogic
    • Perl
    • MS SQL Server, Oracle 19c, SQL
    • FTP, TCPIP, SSH

Preferred Qualifications:

  • USAF Data Systems: Weapon System Management Information System (WSMIS), EXPRESS, EPM, REALM, SAM.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Experience in AGILE Environment
  • Expertise in MS Word, Excel
