Customer Service Representative

Waring, a leading manufacturer of professional appliances for the foodservice and laboratory industries and a division of Conair LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

 

  • Respond to incoming emails received from website daily regarding product questions, warranty issues, order status and general information.
  • Handle incoming calls to the Customer Service Department, 30-60 estimate daily calls
  • Customer Liaison for special warranties
  • Process warranty orders/data entry
  • Work with other departments to ensure all aspects of warranty procedures are completed

 

 

Requirements

 

         High school or equivalent

  • Prior Customer Service experience required
  • Detailed oriented and well organized
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multi task
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel), SAP knowledge is a plus

 

Position Details

 

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
