 Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales territory in the Mid-West (with potential for other areas) for the HBAC division of Conair.
  • Responsible for Sales & Profitability at assigned accounts and/or region.
  • Responsible for developing & executing profitable promotional strategies at assigned accounts and then tracking results post event.
  • Responsible for managing account spend as it relates to Coop, Operations, Chargebacks, etc…for assigned accounts and ensuring spend rates stay within budget.
  • Responsible for communicating assigned accounts’ strategic initiatives to the internal HBA teams (these initiatives would include merchandising, brand, operational, logistical, etc…)
  • Responsible for obtaining, interpreting and utilizing available POS data
  • Responsible for directing/managing sales rep/broker network at assigned accounts
