  • Responsible for Sales & Profitability at assigned accounts and/or region (Northeast Region with a specific focus on CVS). This would include generating and achieving annualized sales budgets; identifying, pursuing and securing new sales opportunities; and maintaining and growing existing businesses.
  • Responsible for on-going forecasting at assigned accounts to provide best possible guidance to internal teams for planning purposes.
  • Responsible for developing & executing profitable promotional strategies at assigned accounts and then tracking results post event.
  • Responsible for managing expenses as it relates to Coop, Operations, Chargebacks, etc…for assigned accounts and ensuring spend rates stay within budget.
  • Responsible for communicating assigned accounts’ strategic initiatives to the internal HBA teams (these initiatives would include merchandising, brand, operational, logistical, etc…)
  • Responsible for all HBA communication to assigned accounts
  • Responsible for obtaining, interpreting and utilizing available POS data
  • Responsible for directing/managing sales rep/broker network at assigned accounts
  • Responsible for identifying and successfully attending those trade/industry shows deemed most appropriate for growing Conair’s HBA business.
