Position Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic marketing assistant to work in our brand marketing department. The ideal candidate is responsible for brainstorming campaigns, creating social media posts, analyzing analytics, along with providing administrative support while building relationships with digital influencers.

Responsibilities: Ideal candidate to have preexisting knowledge of digital influencers across multiple social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube etc.

  • Monitoring social media accounts, creating content, and responding to messages.
  • Maintain and establish industry contacts with digital influencers across the fashion, lifestyle, fitness, and beauty sectors.
  • Support on digital influencer campaigns including (and not limited to) updating client status reports, placing orders for products, maintaining spreadsheets, submitting invoicing, etc
  • Manage and facilitate all product requests.
  • Provide support on all projects and admin as needed.
  • Brainstorm campaigns.
  • Create social media posts.
  • Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.
  • Research industry innovations and tools.
  • Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Self-starter approach toward work with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility.
  • Prior experience in marketing or social media.
  • A degree in communication, marketing, or social media

Environmental Factors:

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business (% if needed)
  • Must be Covid-19 vaccinated.
  • We currently operate on a hybrid schedule; candidate must be willing to come into the office 50% of time.
