Position Summary:       
The Cuisinart Brand Ambassador travels within a defined territory (Los Angeles, CA) to visit specific top door retail accounts. The primary goal as Cuisinart’s brand expert is to encourage sales through awareness and education, maintain a good working relationship with store management and their team to increase Cuisinart brand awareness and loyalty.  This is a part-time position; hours vary by week/month. 
You must reside in the Los Angeles, CA area and support stores within a 30-mile radius.   
   
Responsibilities:      
New product introduction and education.  Achieve optimal floor space and merchandise products to increase sales.  Develop strong relationships with Retail Store Management and Associates. Provide in-store demonstrations and support potential Bridal Registry or other special store events. Submit weekly store reports including sales performance, stock status, signage accuracy, Cuisinart product placement and competition update.       
Essential Qualifications:       
  • 2+ years retail Customer Service, Sales or Merchandising experience.
  • Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, be highly driven and able to work independently.
  • Ability to plan for specific recipes and serve food samples during demonstrations.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiar with video conferencing (Microsoft Teams); will be asked to attend occasional virtual Field Team meetings.
  • Must have ability to use smartphone technology to capture photos during store visits and send reporting via email on a weekly basis.
  • Flexible schedule that could change according to business needs.  Must be available for weekend store visits as needed.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with the ability to travel within a defined territory.
Environmental Factors:      
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift and move product (up to 25lbs).
  • Must reside in the Los Angeles, CA area and support stores within a 30-mile radius
