Conair LLC located in Stamford, CT and a worldwide manufacturer of haircare, health and beauty products, personal care and spa appliances, and upscale kitchen products, is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Professional Division.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage new product concepts, initiation, and planning
  • Ability to grasp technical development, and fully understand the complexities of assigned product category.
  • Manage with new product design, development, packaging initiation and launch strategies
  • Work with our Product Research group to determine the validity of new products
  • Handle time sensitive responsibilities and communications from Asia in a timely and professional manner
  • Set-up new product information into SAP
  • Managing all marketing activities of assigned products.
  • Working closely with creative department and/or agencies in assisting with new product launches.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans for assigned product launches.
  • Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms for assigned product launches.
  • Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
  • Must have knowledge working with retail content management systems i.e., Syndigo
  • Initiate, manage and track creative process to develop packaging and instructional materials
  • Initiate and track new product engineering testing
  • Monitor existing product sales
  • Liaison between Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing and Operations
  • Track competitive websites for new item launches
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence cross-functional and business leaders and make recommendations.
  • Demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities 
  • Strong leadership, problem and creativity solving skills.
