Position Summary:

The Director of Integrated Project Management reports to the Chief Digital Officer and works closely with sales and marketing leaders in prioritizing critical business initiatives including coordinating all project elements, from delegating tasks and managing resources to communicating milestones and deliverables to key stakeholders. This role applies a holistic approach to managing projects and their interdependencies to execute projects while keeping the big picture in mind.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the scope and scale of digital projects and organizing scarce resources accordingly.
  • Guaranteeing that a project meets all criteria required for successful completion in the agreed timeframe.
  • Management of projects to ensure the minimal amount of wasted time, bandwidth, & money including
    • Being the gatekeeper/partner managing the shared services bandwidth
    • Acting as a cross-functional/divisional facilitator
    • Prioritizing projects with decision making ability to say “no” and analyzing and projects that are not feasible
  • Full ownership of projects based on business needs:
    • Creating a briefing process and managing the project briefs to begin work
    • Partnering with internal teams to align project goals and performance against goals post-mortem

Essential Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in business / marketing required preferred or equivalent work experience in project management with 5+ years strong project management experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Tenacious ability to prioritize projects based on needs, bandwidth, etc. and pull through from end-to-end
  • Propensity to triage work based on matrixed bandwidth against aggressive timelines
  • Strong ability to manage up, down, and cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others in driving results and shaping future state process-focused environment
  • Deep understanding of emerging trends in the digital space
  • Innate sense of information-led decisions and solutions
  • Proactively address opportunities and risks

Environmental Factors:

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business (% if needed)
  • Must be Covid-19 vaccinated.
  • We currently operate on a hybrid schedule; candidate must be willing to come into the office 50% of time.
