This role is responsible for the administration and coordination of the sales function between all departments.  This position involves high level contacts and exposure to sensitive information, necessitating considerable use of discretion and judgment.  Activities are not routine and strong decision making skills are essential. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop a working relationship with accounts and sales representatives and coordinate sales activities with marketing team.
  • Liaison between sales/marketing/creative/sampling and category management.
  • Coordinate customer and sales representative special programs and requests.
  • Follow up on merchandising aids, planograms, account presentations and trade shows.
  • Initiate sample requests for sales organization, accounts and executive account appointments when needed.
  • Put in Creative requests when needed to fulfill certain account needs, for example: Samples mounted on boards with a header, etc.
