            JOB TITLE:              Consumer Service Representative/Clerical

            LOCATION:             Glendale, Arizona

            DEPARTMENT:      Consumer Services

 

            General DescriptionCarries out all consumer service activities

                                                such as responding to inquiries, processing

                                                orders and handling complaints   

            Representative Job Functions:

                        Consumer relations; phones, answering consumer                                         questions,  problem solving.

                         Maintain complete working knowledge of current operating                            systems (i.e. AS400, PKMS & SAP) as designated by                                    Corporate guidelines for this position
                          Analyzing consumer needs and pricing structure for those 
                          needs. 
                          Computer data/order entry.
                         Track consumer’s calls regarding setup procedure,
                          functional defects, where to purchase current items and 
                          inconsistencies between models and printed materials                                  Issue Service Notifications for the issue of call tags.

 Representative Job Functions Continued:

 

                        Issue Service Notification to authorize consumer returns.

                         Cancel individual Service Notifications that have remained

                          Inactive for a period of three (3) months.

                         Respond to consumer’s incoming voice mail within 24 hours.

                        Write manual orders for “non-stock” merchandise.

                       Key in “see comments” orders for instruction booklets to

be mailed to consumers.

 

Education:

                         High school or GED Equivalent        

 Skills:

                         Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

             Must get along with others, be dependable, flexible, a

self-starter, follow directions be able to work unsupervised.

                       

            Experience:

                        1 year telephone experience in a customer service environment.

                        1 year general office experience.
