Position Summary:
We are looking for a high-energy Talent Acquisition professional to lead us during a very exciting transformation. You will own the full cycle recruitment process for corporate level job openings across the Conair brand portfolio. The right person will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, can handle ambiguity, and work quickly and effectively across all corporate functions. You are a collaborative team-player, a relationship-builder and have a passion for finding great talent!
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside our Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Coordinator to source, attract and retain top talent for open corporate roles across our brand portfolio.
- Proactively identify ways to source passive candidates using LinkedIn and other social sites. Introduce new and innovative ways to engage talent for hard to fill roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define and understand their needs, align on a plan to recruit, manage the hiring process, review and analyze resumes, provide search updates, and hire the best talent for the team.
- Ensure a phenomenal candidate experience by providing clear communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Fine-tune and tweak the recruiting operations and processes, making recommendations for improvement.
- Promote the internal and external hiring process including marketing the position, sourcing and identifying talent, candidate selection, communicating with applicants, managing the interview process and negotiating offers.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, networking, social media channels and stays current on recruitment trends.
- Participate in or lead key strategic HR initiatives such as employer branding, recruitment marketing, DEI.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of full life-cycle recruitment in a fast-growing fast-paced environment.
- Love for and experience with end-to-end recruiting, you are willing to work on roles of all levels.
- Passionate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting.
- History of offering creative solutions around gaps, deficiencies, compensation challenges, and more.
- Strong command of HR and recruitment metrics, and the ability to translate date into useful stories.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, build relationships, influence, advise, problem-solve, and guide.
- Effective verbal and written communicator.
- Experience with different ATS tools, Jobvite is a bonus.
- Experienced with LinkedIn sourcing and other sourcing tools.
Environmental Factors:
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business (% if needed)
- Must be Covid-19 vaccinated.
- We currently operate on a hybrid schedule; candidate must be willing to come into the Stamford office 50% of time.
