Description
Lead the development and execution of retail media strategies across key accounts including Walmart, Target, Ulta, and other major retail partners.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Brand teams to align media efforts with in-store and e-commerce POS performance objectives.
Manage end-to-end media planning, activation, and optimization across retail media networks (RMNs).
Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure cohesive execution of retail media campaigns.
Analyze performance data, derive insights, and present regular reporting to internal teams and external partners.
Drive innovation and test-and-learn strategies across emerging retail platforms and tools.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailer media teams (e.g., Walmart Connect, Roundel at Target, Ulta Beauty Collective).
Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to inform internal teams and future strategies.
10+ years of experience in media, with a strong emphasis on retail media.
Proven experience working with retailer media platforms, including but not limited to Walmart, Target, and Ulta.
Deep understanding of performance marketing, shopper behavior, and POS data analysis.
Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills.
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and action plans.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience using Pacvue or similar retail media management tools (Skai, Criteo, CitrusAd)
- Experience managing retail media budgets and reporting at scale.
Knowledge of omni-channel marketing and digital shelf optimization.
