Position: Senior Manager Consumer Insights

 

Cuisinart, a division of Conair Corporation and a leader in the kitchen appliance and cookware industry, is searching for a Senior level Consumer Insights candidate to lead custom quantitative and qualitative primary research that is actionable to marketing, product development, sales and senior management. Deploy consumer insights to drive business decisions and impact the bottom line for product development, communications, and concept design to grow retail sales. Support sales and marketing teams on strategic presentations, business planning and general research requests.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 5-10 years of market research and consumer research experience working with consumer-packaged goods brands
  • Experience in all key phases of customer market research including questionnaire development, deployment and response monitoring, analysis and presentation of results including key insights
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills and able to adapt to any audience and/or situation
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver results in a timely manner
  • Must be a strong user of market research platforms such as Survey Monkey, along with Microsoft Suite of products including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to navigate numerous platforms and easily adapt to the integration of new platforms into work product
  • Manage home field testing program
  • Knowledge of NPD research platform a plus

 

 

Education: BS in Market Research, Marketing or Business

Master’s degree a plus
