Position Summary:
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. In this entry-level role, you'll be an integral part of our performance marketing efforts across Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Retail Media channels — including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and emerging retail partners. You'll help bring campaigns to life through creative execution, support data-driven reporting, and keep our financial operations running smoothly.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the full performance marketing ecosystem, gain hands-on experience with major retail media platforms, and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do
Creative & Campaign Support
  • Assist in drafting clear, actionable creative briefs for performance marketing campaigns across DTC and retail media channels.
  • Execute creative adjustments and resizing in Canva to meet platform-specific specs for Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other retailers.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and meet brand standards.
  • Maintain an organized library of creative assets and briefs for easy access and version control.

Reporting & Analytics
  • Support the team in pulling, compiling, and formatting performance reports across retail media platforms.
  • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and weekly/monthly reporting templates.
  • Flag performance trends or anomalies for review by senior team members.
  • Help gather data from Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and other platforms as needed.

Budget & Finance Operations
  • Support budget tracking processes, including maintaining budget trackers and ensuring accuracy across channels.
  • Assist with invoice tracking — logging, routing for approval, and following up on outstanding invoices.
  • Help with invoice reconciliation, matching spend to budgets and flagging discrepancies.
  • Partner with finance and account teams to ensure timely and accurate billing records.

What We're Looking For
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, e-commerce, or a related field (internship experience counts!).
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar creative tools; willingness to quickly learn platform specs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills — you love a well-maintained spreadsheet.
  • Comfortable working with data; basic Excel or Google Sheets skills required.
  • Curiosity about retail media and performance marketing; knowledge of Amazon, Walmart, or Target advertising is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Why Join Us
  • Front-row seat to the rapidly growing retail media landscape.
  • Mentorship from experienced performance marketers across DTC and retail channels.
  • Hands-on exposure to major platforms including Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and Target Roundel.
  • Collaborative, growth-oriented team culture.
Environmental Factors:
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
  • This role requires Stamford, CT office on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
What we offer:
  • Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision plans
  • Generous Paid Time Off Programs
  • Life & Disability Insurance
  • FSA/HSA/Dependent Care FSA
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • 401k and company match
