We are seeking a visionary and operationally strong Vice President of Global Creative Services to lead and transform our global creative organization into a creative center of excellence. This executive will oversee a large, geographically disperse team of creative professionals and project managers, driving excellence in creative asset production, content development, packaging, and digital media across all channels—including Ecommerce.
 
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record of transforming creative departments. They will foster cross-functional collaboration, push the boundaries of brand storytelling and design, and champion AI innovation to deliver high-quality, brand-building creative work at scale. They must possess an exceptional eye for design, with an innate ability to identify, elevate, and execute visually compelling creative that aligns seamlessly with brand identity and narratives.
 
This role requires someone who excels at building trusted relationships across the company with Global leaders and their teams, ensuring alignment and shared ownership of creative outcomes. This leader must bridge strategy and execution with excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.  A strong understanding of project prioritization and resource allocation is essential, enabling the team to address urgent creative requests while maintaining steady progress on long-term initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Talent Development:
  • Lead and inspire a global team across end-to-end omni-channel creative production, creative operations, content management, packaging, and digital asset creation.
  • Build a culture of design excellence, operational discipline, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.  
  • Develop talent and organizational structure to support best-in-class creative, scalability and innovation.
Creative Judgment:
  • Define and implement a global creative vision in adherence to brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of creative excellence and brand consistency across all markets and channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the organization to develop Digital and Ecommerce optimized creative.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Respected and trusted leader with proven track record of building strong relationships at all levels of the organization. 
  • Partner closely with Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce teams to align creative output with business goals.
  • Translate complex business needs into compelling creative solutions.
  • Presents project execution with rationale and expert recommendations to key stakeholders. 
Data & Innovation:
  • Lead the transformation of the creative and content management organization to be more agile, data-informed, AI-capable, and digitally focused to drive conversion.
  • Champion the adoption of AI, new technologies and platforms to streamline asset creation and management.
  • Establish clear KPIs and feedback loops to measure creative impact and effectiveness.
Program / Project Management:
  • Expertise in creating and implementing best-in-class operations and efficient workflows that ensure clarity of creative requests and stakeholder alignment to minimize rework and ensure timely delivery of assets to improve speed-to-market.
  • Negotiate scopes, timelines, and priorities that balance creative integrity with business needs. 

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within Global consumer products or creative agencies. 
  • Proven success leading large, global creative and project management teams operating in complex, multi-channel creative ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated experience in transforming creative departments and driving operational change.
  • Strong understanding of packaging, digital and E-commerce content, and omnichannel asset development.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ensuring efficient communication, project management and seamless coordination across teams.
  • Collaborative mindset with demonstrated success working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations.
  • Experience with creative production technologies/tools, DAM systems, workflow platforms, as well as in deploying AI capabilities to improve both quality and efficiency of our digital assets.
Environmental Factors 
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
  • This role requires on-site presence Monday through Thursday at our Stamford, CT office, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
