Position Summary: 
 
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO of Conair provides high-level, confidential administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer of a dynamic organization. This role requires an agile, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and demonstrates exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
 
The ideal candidate is a trusted partner to the CEO—capable of managing complex schedules, prioritizing competing demands, and serving as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
 
What You’ll Do: 
  
Executive & Administrative Support 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing all administrative and logistical needs with discretion and professionalism
  • Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, prioritizing meetings, travel, and commitments to optimize the CEO’s time
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, meeting materials, and contingency planning
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials with meticulous accuracy
  
Operational & Strategic Support 
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs by staying informed of business priorities, upcoming meetings, and organizational initiatives
  • Assist with planning and execution of board meetings, executive meetings, and key company events
  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables; proactively follow up to ensure completion
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned, often across departments
  
Communication & Relationship Management 
  • Act as a professional, polished liaison between the CEO and executives, employees, board members, investors, and external partners
  • Exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Screen calls, emails, and requests, responding or escalating as appropriate

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • 7+ years of experience supporting a senior executive (CEO or C-suite strongly preferred)
  • Experience supporting leadership in a privately held, fast-growing, or entrepreneurial organization strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with executive productivity tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  
 
Environmental Factors: 
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
  • This role requires on-site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
