We are actively seeking a skilled Fiscal Reconciliation Specialist in Newtown, PA. The Fiscal Reconciliation Specialist will play a key role in interpreting complex data sets, with a strong focus on financial and revenue analysis. You will leverage your expertise in statistics, mathematics, and data analysis techniques to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. This position requires a detail-oriented mindset and a solid understanding of financial principles. This is an onsite opportunity
 

Responsibilities:
  •  Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to derive insights and identify trends
  •  Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize efficiency and data quality
  •  Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover patterns and correlations in the data
  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  •  Monitor and reconcile revenue streams to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models to support financial planning and budgeting processes
  • Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual and forecasted revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand revenue drivers and provide insights to optimize revenue generation
  • Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned
  •  Employee must cooperate with the license and department staff in any inspection, inquiry, or investigation
 
Minimum Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or related field
  •  3+ years’ experience with Python and Power BI
  •  Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis techniques
  •  Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills
  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights
  •  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  •  Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of checks of criminal background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing
