The Salesforce Consultant is a key player in an exciting, customer interfacing role that couples technical and client relationship skills to successfully implement our clients’ product offerings. The ideal candidate will work within defined project teams to perform the technical implementation and necessary application configuration and development outlined during customer requirements meetings. They will build-out custom declarative functionality and help to educate and train clients.  Providing an excellent client experience is paramount to our success.

Role Specific Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Analyze and align current business process with product capabilities 
  • Solid grasp on all technology used at Community Brands including Salesforce, Community Brands AMS, web servers, web tools, web services, other cloud solutions  
  • Basic understanding of project management practices 
  • Review business requirements and participate in requirement capture sessions with clients Implement and configure documented solutions or requirements Lead training and demonstration of standard product features as well as custom developed solutions
  • Develop and execute user acceptance test scripts
  • Create help documentation for client specific solutions
  • Develop declarative solutions using standard Salesforce functionality
  • Practice continuous improvement - contributing to the improvement of implementation and service team best practices and processes
  • Understand relational database structure as related to solution approach or configuration requirements
  • Balance multiple project or different work activities simultaneously
  • Work in a highly collaborative environment with dedicated teams that include Sr. Consultants, Technical Consultants, Product Owners, Data Specialists, and Scrum Masters

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with clients and peers

  • Desire to Learn - must be willing to expand your skill set, be comfortable jumping in and learning as you go, and help to share what you have learned with the group

Education and Experience:

  • Consulting Experience Business Analyst Experience is highly desirable
  • Salesforce Certifications are highly desirable (Admin or Salesforce Certified App Builder)
  • Experience working with Agile methodology and SCRUM process is highly desirable
