Essential Functions:

 

Work the customer base to encourage/introduce the sale of additional products A proactive approach to identifying opportunities

Increase revenue in an assigned region/customer subset Develop customer loyalty, productivity, and success

Manage sales metrics to include maintaining Salesforce and other critical systems as required Forecast revenue for given region/customer subset

Manage the sales cycle

Do whatever needs to be done to enhance the overall operations Be the trusted advisor for assigned account set

Work with other departments to ensure that customer satisfaction goals are met Work with a Partner Channel in relation to existing accounts

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree

At least 3 years experience selling products and/or services, with proven and measurable sales performance, skills, and training

Strong computer knowledge, including MS Office applications

Ability to learn the industry and company products for demonstration purposes Strong customer orientation

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills Commitment to company values

Experience working in a Partner Channel environment
