A Day in the Life

The Customer Success Account Representative creates long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. This role will create customer value through usage and create the conditions for optimal renewal and upsell growth. This is an exciting role that will help create bonds with our Enterprise customers and will fuel customer success, retention, growth, renewal and inoculate us against the competition.

In this role you’ll

  • Build and nurture customer relationships
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers and their account management needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Actively seek sales opportunities
  • Ensure the timely responses to account questions
  • Assist in Software Renewals to meet Renewal targets
  • Maintain accurate records on Customer Salesforce profile
  • Assist with client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Co-create measures of success for customer programs
  • Drive technology adoption
  • Monetize and upsell elements of customer onboarding and training


We’re looking for someone who brings

  • Required: Experience working with finance and accounting
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Solid experience with Salesforce and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Able to work and communicate effectively with customers’ technical and non-technical representatives
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and achievement orientation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide quick resolution to issues
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Must have a passion for customer satisfaction and believe in accountability, teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and initiative
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Experience working with technology products, services, competencies, solutions, and offerings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
