Some Key Areas of Responsibilities include:

  • Walking property grounds regularly to oversee functioning of the facilities.
  • Diagnose malfunctions and defects in mechanical and similar equipment and to determine corrective measures and delegate repairs without side contractors when applicable.
  • Maintain facility using consistent preventative maintenance guidelines; check and ensure repairs are made to plumbing systems, electrical systems, building interior and exterior.
  • Maintain all paperwork in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Conduct quality inspections of the property and make recommendations regarding safety, security, and facility improvements.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to push or pull 100 pounds and lift and/or carry 60 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch, reach, climb ladders, crawl, kneel and be low to the ground when necessary, sometimes for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Must display professionalism, honesty, and trustworthiness at all times.
  • Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
