Our beautiful Courtyard in North Columbus has 145 rooms and is located near Polaris Fashion Place, the Ohio State University, the Short North Arts District, Easton, the Columbus Zoo and the Columbus Convention Center.

Some Key Areas of Responsibilities include:

  • Register guests and assign rooms, accommodate special request, assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations.
  • Notify Housekeeping of late check outs, early check ins, special request, and day rooms.
  • Thorough knowledge of room rates, packages, and discounts.
  • Thorough knowledge of rate availability, room location, types of rooms and room operations.
  • Thorough knowledge of credit card and check cashing policies.


  • Effective with time management skills.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Must be a team player.
