Some Key Areas of Responsibilities include:

  • Develop hotel’s selling strategy and maintain inventory levels according to market demand and competitive strategy to maximize hotel room revenues.
  • Develop appropriate SRP’s and Inventory levels to achieve established goals.
  • Track denials and turndowns to ensure strategy fits market conditions.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of sale and front office operations.
  • Resolve guest complaints appropriately to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Possess telephone etiquette skills.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints.
