Salary Range: $90-$105k

Sign-On Bonus: $1000

Retention Bonus: Available

Shift Times: 8 am to 5 pm, M-F

Flex Time Off: 6 Weeks

Essential Duties:

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring a variety of behavioral support service delivery options to meet the needs of developmentally disabled individuals. The BCBA will consult with coworkers, vendors, and client/family members regarding proactive, educational, programming, and behavioral supports; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans; and collaborate with team members, related service providers, families, and other agencies as appropriate. job. 
 

Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in psychology, education, counseling, behavior science, human development, social work, applied behavior analysis, or a related field. 

License:

  • Licensed BCBA professional in State of California required
  • Board certification in Behavioral Analysis
  • Possession of a valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance, and acceptable driving record substantiated by a DMV printout with full use of automobile or ability to provide for independent transportation 

    Experience:

    • 2+ years of postdoctoral work with people with developmental disabilities.
