Human Resources and Employee Relations Director
Description
- Lead and mentor senior professionals across Employee Relations and HR Business Partner teams.
- Set strategy for ER and HRBP functions in partnership with the CHRO and business leaders.
- Oversee employment litigation, regulatory matters, and high-profile investigations.
- Partner with executives on workforce planning, policy design, and compliance across multiple states.
- Deliver executive-level reports and recommendations to drive business outcomes.
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, mitigate risk, and improve organizational health.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, legal counsel, and external advisors.
- Support major initiatives, including M&A and organizational restructuring.
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in employee relations and HR business partnership within large, complex organizations.
- Deep expertise in federal and state employment laws and compliance.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and executive-ready.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Our Benefits:
We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $185,000.00 to $215,000.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
