Responsibilities:
• Identify new loon, deposit treasury management, Columbia Bank Financial and Columbia Bank Trust opportunities and track market pipeline
• Formalize a strong network of referral sources and create ways to enhance those relationships
• Develop and manage new and existing business relationships
• Work collaboratively with Relationship Managers and Lending teams to ensure seamless marketing efforts
• Actively participate in community events/organizations
• Collaborate with Commercial Relationship Managers to ensure exceptional client service
• Foster synergy between departments and each of the markets to ensure that banking solutions meet client needs
• Coordinate client service and product delivery, specialized training and cross training to maximize and enhance superior client product and service delivery experience
• Increase visibility of products and services.
• Knowledge of other banking services offered by other Lines of Businesses to identify and offer qualified referrals.
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3+ years’ experience in relationship building/business development in the banking sector
• Emerging ability to cross sell an increasing variety of bank products
• Supports and fosters a collaborative partnership with TM and other departments for the sale and delivery of services and products.
• Proficient in building client relationships
• Proficient business development and sales skills
• Ability to manage existing portfolio
• Consultative selling skills and approach

• Working knowledge of credit structures
