The Business Process Lead will manage engagements including: 

  • Distribution Center Kaizen Events
  • ERP Implementation Support
  • Working Capital Improvement
  • Facility Moves and/or Consolidations
  • Greenfield Location Support
  • Pricing System Implementation
  • Acquisition Integrations
In addition, the Business Process Lead will:
  • Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved process models and organizational structures
  • Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques.
  • Manage and lead process team to achieve desired results.
  • Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
  • Coordinate with various teams to analyze project results and performance.
  • Identify and manage resources to deliver effective solutions.
  • Interviewing process owners to discover the current or as-is state
  • Act as a change champion/voice of change in business process improvement and adoption
  • Provide insight and offer advice/views on achieving project outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor”s degree in business management, project management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of process mapping, problem-solving, and productivity improvements
  • Proficiency in business management software
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills in business process management in a related industry
  • Specific problem-solving techniques and abilities, such as LEAN Six Sigma, Kepner Tragoe, process mapping, etc
  • Excellent communicator who can lead with influence
  • 50 to 80% travel
