Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring that orders are filled efficiently and accurately to meet customer needs while overseeing and managing all warehouse, driver, and inside sales personnel.

A Little About Your Day: You will:
  • Ensure purchase orders, sales orders, etc. are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage inside sales, drivers, and warehouse personnel.
  • Control inventory levels and take periodic inventories.
  • Handle DOT compliance and administration.
  • Make decisions on the hiring and termination of all drivers, inside sales, and warehouse personnel as needed.
  • Ensure custody and control of company property.
  • Ensure proper receiving of inventory items.
  • Responsible for proper safety training of employees.
  • Assist outside sales as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need for success:
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • College degree in related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ management/supervisory/lead experience in a Distribution environment responsible for warehouse/driver management.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
