Description

This department directs all operational activities associated with contract manufacturing organizations and manufacturing partners producing or testing Repertoire Immune Medicines products and key raw materials or intermediates.

Role and Responsibilities

Evaluate the Clinical Production Plan to ensure that we have an adequate supply of raw materials for operational readiness

  • Coordinate shipments of product, raw materials and samples within the supply chain network
  • Experience in overall inventory management and logistics execution
  • Experience in a cGMP environment preferred
  • Analyze, calculate and maintain inventory targets and strategies. Provide recommendations for inventory policies and stock levels.
  • Proactively identify, develop and implement reporting and analytics to support the monitoring of inventory levels, shortages and other key reports to supply planning functions
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to establish and maintain consistent, timely and accurate reporting of inventory throughout the network, including tracking of inventory levels for critical materials and components
  • Request quotes and place orders for Clinical and laboratory materials as needed
  • Review and approve or reject invoices
  • Ensures that raw materials are shipped to Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO) in time to meet production requirements
  • Identify and resolves any supply chain issues that arise

Positions Requirements

BS in Finance, Supply Chain Management or equivalent

2 – 4 years of experience performing inventory management and logistics preferably in a biotechnology company

Experience analyzing and improving supply chain data, information and processes

Cold chain logistics experience preferred.

Advanced knowledge Excel using pivot and lookup tables

Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, timeline through analytical and problem solving

Comfortable in a fast-paced small company environment with minimal direction and able to shift to adjust workload based upon changing priorities

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to analyze inventory against production plans to identify potential gaps
