Repertoire Immune Medicines is a clinical-stage biotechnology company working to unleash the remarkable power of the human immune system. We seek to harness the intrinsic ability of T cells to prevent and cure disease.


We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead research and development of novel immune therapies. The candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team of scientists discovering and developing immunotherapies for oncology and autoimmune indications. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing scientific project leaders. Deep expertise in immunology, oncology, and immunotherapy discovery is required, as well as demonstrated successes in immunotherapy preclinical development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply expertise to lead discovery and preclinical development of new immune medicines for cancer and autoimmunity indications
  • Lead development and execution of integrated project plans for discovery and development of novel immunotherapy candidates
  • Manage, develop, and mentor researchers and scientific leaders
  • Develop and maintain strategic academic collaborations
  • Ownership over nonclinical study reports and regulatory document preparation
  • Partner with Program Management and Business Development to execute on our strategic vision
  • Communication and alignment with leadership team, responsibility for coordinating preparation of project presentation for internal and external audiences


What you will bring to the role:

  • Ph.D. in Immunology, Biology, Biological Engineering or similar field with minimum of 10 years of working experience in academia or industry.
  • Strong expertise in preclinical development of immune-modulating therapies with demonstrated success driving candidates from discovery through IND to clinical development
  • In-depth knowledge of immunotherapy and immuno-oncology
  • Understanding of autoimmune diseases is a strong plus
  • In-depth understanding of adaptive and innate immunity, as well as deep understanding of in vitro and in vivo laboratory techniques related to assessment of immune cell function and activity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability influence and build alignment at all levels around strategic scientific vision
  • Proven track record in scientific and team leadership in drug development setting
