Media Producer





Plan and create extraordinary media that will help viewers discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ. The Media Producer is responsible for working primarily with the Worship Gatherings ministry, but will also be expected to provide support for all ministry areas at The Church of Eleven22 when needed.


Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoing spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, confession and fellowship
  • Plan, film and edit media projects including, but not limited to, bumper videos, documentaries, life-change stories, multi-media elements and event promos on deadline and within budget
  • Plan video productions: scout, select and reserve locations
  • Oversee projects to ensure they stay on schedule and on budget
  • Maintain and manage video library
  • Record and edit video projects, including selecting format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media
  • Work with Worship Gatherings team to plan and execute weekly worship services and big momentum event screen content
  • Maintain and assist in purchasing/renting media team equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, etc.)
  • Disciple fellow team members and encourage growth both spiritually and in their respective job/serve staff areas
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience


  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Communications preferred
  • Extensive experience in video production, including lighting, cameras/lenses, shot composition, talent direction, music supervision, editing, etc.
  • Must be able to provide samples of work and portfolio


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work


This is a full-time exempt position. Days and hours of work consist of Sunday thru Thursday 8:30am to 5pm with additional responsibilities as needed during weekend worship gatherings on Thursday and Sunday. May be required to work additional days/hours.


Work Environment


This job operates in varied environments including office, stage and tech booth. 


Physical Demands


This job is typically one that is active and not in one place for long periods of time. It will sometimes require the ability to lift heavy equipment, use tools and move staging equipment.
