Overview
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing dentists for all dental center locations, specifically positions located in Florida, Georgia, and Texas. Partner with Recruiting Manager to manage all dentist recruitment functions to include trade show recruiting, advertising, interviewing, and contract negotiations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Effectively recruit for dentist opportunities within all dental centers.
•Conduct pre-screen telephone interviews with dentist candidates from resume submittals and recruiting events. Compile information regarding education, experience, training, and salary requirements.
•Recommend the best candidates according to the dental center needs, coordinate clinical phone interviews, and schedule in person interviews with the District Managers and Senior VP of Operations. Work with Recruiting Manager to review/analyze interview results, extend formal job offers, and negotiate Employment Agreement terms while adhering to legal guidelines.
•Build and maintain dentist candidate pipeline for future employment opportunities.
•Report status of dentist candidate pipeline to VP of Operations and Recruiting Manager on a weekly basis.
•Evaluate viable candidates in the pipeline for current open positions. Submit requests for recruitment media to generate qualified candidates.
•As a member of the Recruiting Task force, implement approved recruitment strategies, as well as identify and track the cost, benefit, and effectiveness of recruitment sources, activities, and initiatives.
•Represent Coast Dental at recruitment events, trade shows and board review presentations. Assist in coordinating recruitment events.
•Partner with senior management and various departments within the corporate office to ensure smooth hiring transition and retention for dentists.
•Additional projects and/or responsibilities as assigned.

•Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate, and make decisions relating to assigned tasks and responsibilities.
•Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems software including, but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications (Experience, Education, Licensure, Certification)
•Three (3) to five (5) years of recruitment experience preferred.
•PHR preferred
Working Conditions
Recruiters work in areas that are highly visible and designed and furnished to make a good impression. Most work stations are clean, well-lighted, and relatively quiet. Work is primarily sedentary in nature.
